What to Expect

We bring together Delivery, Sales, and Marketing to review all aspects of current service offerings and any future considerations.  The outcome of the workshop will provide sales and marketing with a clear understanding of your services as well as create a starting point for services portfolio planning.  Workshops can be done in person or virtually.

Our discussions will lead to documented answers to questions like:

Pre-Work

An Alveo consultant will work with the core team to understand the internal team structure, existing service offerings, and review existing win/loss, customer, and buyer persona information. This information will be used to customize the workshop specifically to your business.

Day 1

On Day 1, we will bring together all parties to define your ideal target customer and buyers. From there, we will document and organize your core business using a taxonomy structure and capture differentiation, competition, and future service considerations.  

Day 2

On Day 2, we will deep dive into each service offering or practice to create clear definitions, identify key features, understand benefits and outcomes, and capture potential objections and qualification criteria. 

Final Deliverable

After the workshop, Alveo will deliver a comprehensive summary of the workshop sessions. Alveo will also provide recommended next steps, including an action
plan customized to your business, to assist your organization in implementing the findings.

Why do we need Delivery, Sales, and Marketing involved? 

We have found that bringing all of these parties together improves alignment between service development resources and your revenue functions.

How long are these workshops?

It can greatly range depending on the complexity of your services portfolio. We understand that taking resources away from the billable activity is difficult so we can structure the workshop to meet the needs of the business without deteriorating the quality of the workshop output. 

What if I have a dispersed team?

We can perform this workshop remotely. Alveo uses Miro and Zoom for virtual workshops. It is requested that participants have two monitors for a better experience and shut down any applications (email, IM, etc.) to be fully engaged in the process. 

How much is the workshop?

Workshops start at $8,000 and are dependent on the complexity of your service portfolio, number of potential participants, and mode of delivery. Please contact us at info@alveostrategy.com to request a quote for your business. 

Does the workshop include operations, finances, and hiring? 

No. This workshop is strictly to help package your services in a way to promote greater revenue growth. We do however have a partner that we can recommend to help you.
